Choose an Aimfill course and get started today! You can choose to study the course in any course package/mode depending on your interests and needs. 

 If this is you are a degree / PG qualified we recommend that you start with the seven-star diploma (A101....) to familiarize yourself aviation industry.

Paying your Course Fees 

Your course fees should be paid in full before or at the time of enrolment. You can pay your fees in one of the following ways: 

  • Online by debit or credit card 
  • International online bank transfer 
  • If you are sponsored, or funded 
Online by debit or credit card 
This is the quickest, most efficient way to pay. All you need to do is log onto our Online Store, select the centre and follow the instructions. 

Bank Transfer 
To pay by Bank/Telegraphic Transfer; please ensure you transfer sufficient funds to cover bank charges/changes in currency, and make your transfer to: 

Please send a copy of the bank advice notice to info@aimfillcampus.com  with full details of the transfer, i.e. date transferred, amount, source of bank transaction. 

Please also ensure that your bank includes your name and reference number on this transfer. 

If you are sponsored, or funded Please contact xxxxxx@aimfillcampus.com to request an invoice. Your enrollment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment from your sponsor.

Process for Online Fee Payment

The Fee will only be accepted by online mode.

  • The student of the respective course has to click on the name in which he/she wish to study. 
  • Enter your enrollment number as you received after your submission of online application 
  • Click on the fee details drop-down menu. 
  • Update your details as given in the form and then click update. 
  • Next Click on the fee payment tab. 
  • You will view your total fee payable. 
  • Click on pay after selecting the checkbox for the amount of payment 
  • Payment Gateway asks about the type of transaction/name of the bank 
  • Complete the transaction and print the receipt. 
  • The successful payment will be reflected in your account details.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

  • All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES reserves the right to change the fees as per government directions.  
  • Your payment will normally reach the DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES account within two working days. 
  • DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to the incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. The DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier for any reason. In no event will the DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Refund Policy

Fee once paid, there will be no refund.

  • The total e‐payment online transactions are executed using state of the art technology (SSL) to ensure secured transactions.  

Service Provider

  • The DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES is not directly involved in the online payment but through service providers (Billdesk through Indian Bank). 
  •  If the student does not receive confirmation within 14 days of making the payment it is the responsibility of the student to check with the DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES that the payment has been accepted. 
  • The Student shall remain responsible for the Tuition Fees until the confirmation as referred to above is received from the DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES concerning each of these and any outstanding amounts owed to the DGITO GROUP OF INSTITUTES.
