Invitation of Proposal for affiliation as DGITO-NSDC Investment/ Franchisee Partner
The Department Of Global Intelligence Transfiguring Organization- National Skill Development Corporation
(NSDC) was set up as a one of its kind, Public Private Partnership Organization, under the Ministry of Skill
Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) with the primary mandate of catalyzing the skills landscape in India.
Launched in October 2009, it has a mandate to help catalyze the creation of sustainable, for-profit, quality skills
training organizations across the country.
DGITO- NSDC invites proposals from interested entities for affiliation.
2. Franchisee Non Project Implementation Partner –
for consortium agreement with 3 yrs ITR above Rs. 1 Cr average annual Turnover with minimum share for acting as a passive partner for various projects of the Project Implementation Agency or;
3. Non-Funded Project Partner –
for reputed entities with established credentials, not requiring financial assistance The salient features of the affiliation, eligibility criteria and prescribed formats for submission can be accessed through DGITO’s Guidelines. Interested applicants may please note that the submission of a proposal for affiliation will entail service charges in connection with the processing and account operation post approval, highlighted as per Annexure 1, appended below.

ANNEXURE 1: SERVICE CHARGES

To be submitted in the form of a post- dated cheque in the favour of “Department of Global Intelligence Transfiguring Organization “ Refunded if investment drawn down within 1 year of approval, else forfeited. 3 Affiliation Renewal Fee for DGITO Passive Partnership Status Rs. 1 Lac per year of partnership Not Applicable At the time of issuance of the Annual Partnership certificate 4 Fee for Changes in terms of approval Not Applicable Towards Partial Disbursement of Investment tranche : Rs. 25,000 for every additional transaction beyond disbursement schedule On the occurrence of the event Non-refundable Additional charges of Rs. 50,000 to be levied for processing of the rescheduling or restructuring of Investment terms 5. Foreclosure Charges Not Applicable 1% of the undrawn Investment amount, [Maximum : Rs. 6 Lacs] In the event of premature closure of Investment without achievement of training targets In case of foreclosure of the loan and conversion to a non-funded FP, the following charges shall be applicable:
• Foreclosure charges (as mentioned under the category of affiliation for funding partnership)
• Processing fee as given below:
• Nil, if no change in proposal and documentation.

targets) and needs to
